Katrina Douglas

Owner/Lead Teacher

Katrina Douglas is the Owner and Lead Teacher. She has a teaching certificate in elementary education from CWU. Katrina is in the process of obtaining her Masters Degree from WGU in Curriculum and Instruction. She previously worked in the field of helping seniors for over a decade for the City of Ellensburg. Katrina, with her education, experience, and passion for teaching is a massive asset to children across the community.

Lauren Pratt

Assistant Teacher

Lauren Pratt is the Teacher Assistant working side by side with Katrina. Lauren has a bachelors degree from CWU and has several years of experience working with children as a swimming instructor and nanny.

David Douglas

Director of Operations

David helps takes care of all things related to the operation of the preschool. From functional spaces, to curriculum decisions, to finances & human resources. David holds a Doctor of Education degree and his primary job is a professor at CWU.
