Welcome to Sunflower's full day preschool! We provide a nurturing and engaging environment where your child can learn, grow, and play. Our dedicated staff is committed to fostering a love for learning through creative activities and social interaction. Enroll today to give your child the best start in their educational journey!

Full day preschool is Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. We offer a structured yet fun environment for learners between the ages of 3 - 5 years old. Each day includes engaging activities such as group learning sessions, exploration stations, recess, art, circle time, and free choice play, ensuring a well-rounded experience. Parents pack snacks and a lunch. We are dedicated to supporting your child's growth in a nurturing atmosphere.

Full Day Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
 

  • Arrival activities

  • Restroom/handwashing

  • Group learning: nursery rhymes, social/emotional lessons, fine motor skills, and more

  • Morning meeting (carpet room) - lots of movement, singing, dancing, calendar, weather report, pledge of allegiance, problem-solving skills

  • Break-out session: Monday; playdough, Tuesday; scissors, Wednesday; math, Thursday; literacy/fine motor journals

  • Free choice play

  • Snack (pack snack)

  • Recess

  • Exploration Stations (activities based on the theme for the week) 

  • Story time

  • Books puzzle

  • Morning class gets ready to leave

  • Lunch for all-day students (ack lunch)

  • Rest time

  • Afternoon class arrives
